Marcel Alexander began writing at a young age and would get in trouble in his classes for writing poems and stories instead of paying attention to his lessons. His first poem was published by his school district's literary magazine during his first year of high school. Later in life he pursued the path of a rap artist adding music to his poems and performed on small stages across the Midwest. In 2009 Marcel created the web comic, "The Misfits" featuring a super-powered team of all women struggling to defend Chicago from evil villains. He wrote the script and drew all the artwork. In 2013, he self-published his steampunk novel, "Moore For Less Investigations: The Kid," and a prequel novelette, "Moore For Less Invesitgations: The Husband.
