This book contains a series of anecdotes, epiphanies, life lessons, diagnosis experiences, childhood trauma resulting in cptsd, and battling other mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, heteronormativity, and late-diagnosed autism. I write and share this so hopefully someone somewhere might feel a little less alone in this world. I have read other books of poems and essays and collections of writings by other authors that were impactful for me.
