Wayne is a coach and consultant to many small and medium sized business owners in the Southwest and across the United States. He helps business owners apply and implement non-traditional principles of small business direct response marketing. As a result, he was dubbed the "Dr. of Direct Results Marketing".

Wayne earned an Industrial Marketing degree from the University of Houston in 1975 and then invested 23 years in corporate sales and sales management for several Fortune 500 companies selling technology products and services.
Wayne has been certified as an Independent No BS Business Advisor, specializing in small business marketing, by the Glazer-Kennedy Insider's Circle, Chicago, Illinois.

For fun, Wayne is a Commercial Hot Air Balloon pilot and flies his 7 story tall balloon "Santa Fe Sunrise" at balloon rallies and events all over North America.

All of his sales experience and formal business education failed miserably to prepare Wayne for running and growing a small business. By studying the marketing greats and 'trial and error' implementation, he brings a unique ability to present "strategies that I have used myself that work", not just theory.
