Theo Wildcroft, PhD, is a yoga teacher, trainer, writer and scholar. Her research considers the democratization of yoga post-lineage and the many different ways yoga communities are responding to concerns about safety in practice. She is also an Associate Lecturer at the Open University, UK, Coordinator of the SOAS Centre of Yoga Studies and a guest lecturer at a number of other universities. She lives in Wiltshire, UK.

Beverley Nolan is a yoga teacher and trainer with forty years experience and a somatic movement educator and therapist for twenty. Her practice and teaching centres the lived-experience of the body and movement through detailed attention to experiential anatomy, developmental movement, embryology, and embodied philosophy. She is Founder of Barefoot Body Training in Cambridge UK, offering professional trainings in yoga and somatics since 2018. Beverley is the author of the Substack publication Field Notes From the Body, and contributing author to two collections of essays on yoga and somatics. She holds accreditation with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT, YACEP), the International Somatic Movement Therapist & Educator Association (ISMETA), and is an Associate Member of the BodyMind Centering(c) Association. She lives in Cambridge, UK.
