SAL LIFRIERI spent over twenty years with the NYPD, achieving the rank of Detective First Grade, serving on the elite Hostage Negotiation Team, and leading intelligence operations targeting Russian organized crime. He later served as Director of Security and Intelligence Operations for New York City's Office of Emergency Management, including the 9/11 response period.
