Leap of Faith (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781918465419)

Leap of Faith: Tiny Paws, Tenacious Spirit is the heart-wrenching and soul-lifting true story of Frog, a beagle puppy born into a world of "wonky" eyes and mismatched legs. When Amy Barton first met Frog, she didn't just see a tiny, wobbly puppy with multiple special needs; she saw a "superhero in disguise" with a passion for chaos, cuddles, and sausage rolls.

Following the sudden loss of their beloved Labrador, Lucius, Frog arrived at a time of deep grief for Amy and her other dogs, Pup and Baloo. While his body remained pint-sized due to a diagnosis of dwarfism, his personality was anything but small. From "bouncing" through life and tackling stairs fearlessly to mastering his "Frogmobile" stroller and eventually a custom wheelchair, Frog refused to let physical limitations define his world.

This memoir chronicles the reality of life with a special-needs pet-the specialised hydrotherapy, the laser treatments, the surgeries, and the "new normals". Yet, it is more than a medical journey. It is a celebration of "beagley awoos," birthday parties in secure fields, and the unbreakable bond of a pack that treats every member as a champion.

Frog's story is a powerful reminder that strength isn't measured by how fast we run, but by the love we give and the joy we spread. Whether he is "supervising" the dishwasher or snoring softly after a long day of "zoomies," Frog proves that every life, no matter how small or challenged, is full of magic. Perfect for animal lovers and anyone seeking a story of pure resilience, this book captures the extraordinary impact of one very small dog with a very big heart. Keywords (comma-separated) - Upto 1
