The darkness is spreading across the stars. The Kingdom of Ceti, a former colony of Earth, is at the brink of war. The ruler of Ceti, the ruthless Mikhail Leonti, blames Earth for a rebellion led by his son, and is struggling to keep control as the nobles in his court call for war. When Marcus Theathos, son of Earth's prime minister, survives a terrorist attack and learns of a plot to ignite further conflict between the two empires, he must travel to the edge of explored space to not only stop the bloodshed, but also defeat a dark power with sinister plans all its own. Through orbital battles, haunted space stations, and the forests of enchanted worlds, Marcus must learn what courage and sacrifice mean. The adventure starts here.
