A lot has happened since I last seriously published a book. I almost died, lost my soulmate, went on a bad date, graduated college, and got my dream job. I found myself in a place I didn't recognize. I almost gave up writing altogether. This book is the younger sister to Messages from the Heart. This book has a similar style to Messages from the Heart, but these are all poems I have written since 2020. Since the year that changed everything. It is deep and emotional. There are poems here that I wouldn't recommend to those closest to me, but I should release them. Because one day, they might be someone's survival guide. I hope that one day they are.
