Fear. Something that has come up in the life of every believer at least once, however, my story is different. I have struggled and fought against agoraphobia, anxiety, OCD, depression, and more. I want to share with others what I have learned during some of the most painful seasons of my life. I believe that one of the reasons that God allows these painful moments in our lives is to share them with others. To encourage, strengthen, and uplift those who face the same or similar situations. I wrote this book to do just that. To share with others some of the things that I have learned along the way.When I was at the beginning stages of facing this, it was really hard to find a Christian who had dealt with these trials to the extent that I have dealt with them. Sometimes, when you are going through something you want to hear that someone else knows how you feel, and not only this, but that they overcame it. I believe that there is a need for people who are willing to share their story, especially when it's a painful one. I believe that God set me on this path to do just that, to share my story, and I believe that this book is one of the steps to getting there. My hope is that I can help people struggling with mental illness. I know firsthand the toll that it takes on you, and I hope to help others overcome these obstacles through Jesus Christ.
