About the Author:

I am a Holistic Personal Development Coach and an Author, and I live in Swindon, Wiltshire in the UK with my husband and our two cats, Belle and Honey. I have three grown up children,5 grandchildren and a great grandson.

I am in fact, well past 60, and have experienced the ups and downs of being a 50+ woman navigating work and home and the chaos that often follows, so yes I've been there.
