Some bereaved survivors plot desperate measures. - The Mall, a veritable "Temple" reflecting the town's most deeply held values ---- and virtually its only source of tax revenues ---- is still upscale after fifty years in operation, but now in need of a refreshed "lifestyle" merchandising component.
