The designer of Katya learns that the company responsible for both Ais, Pilson Industries, has designs on using the combined units to expand their influence across the world and leaves with Katya and intends to instead have Katya merge with a human subject. Pilson Industries sends operatives after the designer and her team and Katya is instead injected into another person.
