After my son's ascension I read many books and joined groups. Not one offered me ways to cope, traverse, and emerge from the dark abyss of my grief with a desire to live for my son and myself. The seasons become the windows by which one witnesses their own emergence from a living-death to a life honouring the legacy of their child. The seasons are an existentially transpersonal pathway by which one learns how to experience and embody the knowledge learned for a more empowering, enriching life. The empowerment becomes the pathway back home, to the heart as the seat of the Soul. The pathway to a love between a parent and their ascended child as a sacred, living embodiment that transcends death to life, again and again.
