Caroline Sojourner's experience with Lyme began before anyone knew what to do for it. Over the years, through personal discovery and experimentation, she discovered a wide variety of natural healing methods that can contribute to restoration of a fairly normal life. Her background as a healer began with study of numerous forms of energy work and bodywork, followed by a stint at Hippocrates Institute studying with Ann Wigmore (Living Foods). She considers her three years of training and personal experiencing of Reichian breath-work with Sylvia Goodman to be the source of her determination to get well. Her formal academic training is in art therapy and religious studies. She is the author of Total Healing to the Limits of Living: A Sourcebook for Awakening and Engaging the Healing Energies of the Tree of Life.
