In the end of 2018 I was pleasantly surprised. I am retired. I won't tell my age lol. I was about 40 lbs. overweight and had health problems. My daughter had health problems. She had been trying many diets. I tried them. Our former diets failed. We mostly had autoimmune problems. This diet finally made me lose 35 lbs. I didn't realize I had lost weight until other people noticed and I weighed myself. It took over a month to begin then I was totaly surprised 15 lbs. I didn't even gain weight over the holidays and I am now down 35 lbs. I'm hoping I don't rebound. My dughter went off the diet and her health problems returned.
