Dr. Jim Kochalka has worked with high achievers since 1987 and is a certified YPO Forum training and facilitation resource. Using the skills gained as a consulting psychologist, Jim's professional practice focuses on relational development across a number of different settings. Jim works with high achieving couples that are at a crossroads in their marriage. He consults with senior management teams who are attempting to reach higher levels of cohesion and productivity. Jim provides assessment guidance in the selection of senior management candidates. He works with many smaller privately held companies and also provides services to large corporations, e.g., IBM, Lehman Brothers, PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has conducted more than 100 Forum trainings and retreats with groups of high achievers throughout the US, Canada, and Central America to help them connect more deeply and realize the power that exists within the YPO community. Jim holds a PhD in clinical psychology from Georgia State University. Born in Chicago in 1952, he now lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife and children.
