Magic Seasons: A Mystical Science Fiction Novel (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9780578539256)

Dana Travers feels too young to retire from her corrupt corporation and too old to reinvent herself. Just as her evil CEO frames her for murder in a global conspiracy, she stumbles through a portal to a higher-dimensional Earth called Tellara. Unable to provide an alibi for the murder during her time off world, she becomes a fugitive. During interludes in Tellara, Dana learns the secrets of their evolved, thriving civilization. Tellaran elders are grooming Dana to explain to humanity that Earth evolves in galactic cycles and that humanity must adapt to a pending evolutionary shift in order to survive. How can she bring her message to the world while running for her life? Fortunately, one by one friends and family discover the portal to Tellara through the painting collection called Magic Seasons. They learn about our world's lost history, science, and cyclic civilizations. They are introduced to technology so advanced as to appear like magic. This small tribe discovers there are friendly and unfriendly aliens among us with very different agendas for humanity. They must outrun, outwit and topple those that have enslaved humanity for millennia and sow the seeds for Earth's next evolutionary season.
