Manufactured Energy: Using Your Trauma to Fuel a Brighter, Healthier Future (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798465197656)

After witnessing horrific events, abuse, and early childhood trauma, Ron found himself dealing with depression, anxiety, and PTSD early on in his life. Some days, getting out of bed felt nearly impossible and accomplishing anything beyond that feat seemed to be out of the question.

Ron is now a serial entrepreneur, motivated speaker, fitness coach, financial advisor, father, and husband living a very successful life. In Manufactured Energy, Ron shares short stories and memories of his childhood that led to his mental health battles. He describes steps he has taken, and continues to take, to keep himself moving forward in life, all while providing insights for others to follow and helpful resources.

Sometimes depression can feel so debilitating that motivation and energy are nowhere to be found. Sometimes you need the focus and strength to manufacture your own. Manufactured Energy is a fascinating collection of traumatic events that could have led Ron to a future filled with nothing but horror, but he used the events to provide the grit and strength needed for future success instead.

This is a must read for anyone who has been through traumatic events, dealing with mental health struggles, or people who about others who have. We are all on this journey of life together. The more we talk about mental health struggles, the better.
