Masami: Descendant of the Lost Tribe (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781452899718)

What could possibly connect an ancient Jewish tribe of the first millenium with the star of an all-female theater in modern-dayJapan? Driven by storms and calamity, the tribe of Dan lands on an icy Japanese mountaintop. When Masami, a star in the popular Takarazuka Theater, meets someone who refuses to bow out of her life, storms and calamity of a different nature ensue. Masami explores the very heart of this century-spanning linkage and offers the readers the gift of a truly cross-cultural experience.
