When I was young, I tried meditation-but it never quite stuck. It wasn't until twelve years ago, when a Buddhist monk introduced me to proper practice, that everything changed. I found myself thinking-I wish I had learned this as a child.

Yet here's the beautiful truth: children's minds are naturally more open, less cluttered, more ready to receive the gifts of meditation than ours.

The challenge? Meditation can seem boring to a child. Another lesson. Another thing adults want them to do.

That's why I wrote this book.
