Mavzi and the Missing Star (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781066971954)

Every night, Mavzi looks up into the sparkling sky and says goodnight to his favourite star. But tonight, something is wrong. His star has disappeared.

Determined to find it, the bright-orange, tiny-winged Mavzi sets off into the magical world of Quivori. Following a mysterious glimmer, he crosses a wobbly bridge, tiptoes past a sleepy Wuffleump and searches among a tree filled with glowbugs. Every little light offers hope-but not every glimmer is what it first appears to be.

Along the way, Mavzi meets a curious little blue creature who becomes an unexpected friend. Together, they continue the search, looking carefully in places Mavzi might otherwise have passed by.

Can Mavzi discover where his star has gone?

Filled with colourful full-page illustrations, gentle suspense and magical creatures, Mavzi and the Missing Star is a warm bedtime adventure about curiosity, kindness, friendship and looking a little closer.

Perfect for sharing at bedtime or enjoying together during the day, this enchanting Quivori picture story is written for children aged 3-7 and for anyone who has ever looked up at the night sky and chosen a favourite star.
