Daniel Norton is an author, recipe writer and culinary consultant who creates and collaborates on cookbooks and magazine stories. He also works closely with private chefs, nutritionists, and food companies to tell their stories through narratives and recipes. Daniel was born on July 3, 1966, in Santa Monica, California but in the age of 12 years he moved to Los Angeles. His early travels with his food-loving family sparked his lifelong pursuit of great restaurants all over the world. After graduating from Yale University with honors, he broke into the food business. Shortly thereafter, he began writing food stories for newspapers and magazines. His first culinary book was based on his travels and dishes he has learnt during each trip.
