Vetrova sends her most trusted operative, Ehren Meinhardt to return Graeson, the future Prime Minister, at all costs. He is entrusted with the Sovereignty's only ship capable of reaching Anemoi, the VR-402, which has the capability of rendering a planet uninhabitable. Graeson must save the Sovereignty from Vetrova's rule and save Anemoi from Meinhardt's radicalism, in J. L. Young's Science Fiction novel Measured Land.
