This book is an exploration of the role of music, song and poetic expression on the spiritual path. Poetry and song have been used in mystic traditions for thousands of years, and continue to be used today. Sadness, joy, love and doubt weave themselves together as expressions of the processes of human growth, all being equally necessary if we can only come to understand their inner significance.
