I am Nita Couch, the stepdaughter of Reverend Sidney Dillinger. I am mother of four grown children, twenty-three grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. I have two associate degrees. One in General Education and the other in Early Childhood Development. My favorite classes in college were Composition I and II. My duties as a mother did not leave much time to write. About three years ago my sister, Sara asked me to illustrate a book she had written about her cat, Finkelstein and his own string theory. I enjoyed this project so much that I decided I would start writing my own books. In those three years I have written four books for children, and six books for ages twelve to adult.
