Merciful Munching: Why Diets Don't Work, but the Grace of God Does (A Primer to The Gourmet Gospel Series) (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798671394764)

The Lord's Favor in the Flavor!

Ever felt guilty about how much you eat? Or what you eat? Or when you eat? Let this book dispel your guilt.

Former journalist, Abdiel LeRoy, describes how his rediscovery of Grace-"the unmerited favour of God"-healed an eating disorder and how it can heal you too. Using principles from the Bible and great thinkers, he shows why diets and "low-fat" foods are a path to condemnation and doomed to fail. Instead, he lights the way to joy and freedom, a peaceful path to your healthy weight.

This book requires nothing of you. There are no affirmations to recite, no boring exercises, no burdens of any kind. Instead, it takes you gently by the hand and sets you free.

"A majestic flow of words."
