Glyn Blackett runs a coaching and therapy practice helping people with stress and self-control challenges such as anxiety, panic, low mood, fatigue, insomnia and cravings, by teaching them mind-body skills using biofeedback and mindfulness. A graduate of Cambridge University in Natural Sciences, Glyn first encountered biofeedback when searching for ways to calm his unruly, distractable mind and more effectively access meditative concentration.
