Kristen Mikkelsen is the Director of Entrepreneurship, Gender & Education at the Jackstädt-Center Flensburg, University of Flensburg (Flensburg, Germany). Her research interests include gender in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial education, diversity and inclusion and entrepreneurship and emancipation. Annika Wolf is Professor of Sustainable Transformation at the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer (Germany).
