In 1972, Ben Raffi, decided to leave his native city of Tehran to continue his education. He began in Manchester, England, studying engineering and then continued on to Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where in 1976 he received a double major degree in engineering management and business with a minor in real estate. In 1987 he became very ill, the kind that there was no medical answer/cure for it which forced him to look for answers outside medicine. After many trials, studies and research he was able to heal himself, became a transpersonal hypnotherapist and a healer to help others do the same. He learned to use the unlimited power of his own mind coupled with the guidance and higher power behind it, which led him to write his book; "Miracles within" to teach others to do the same.
