Misplaced: When the Calling Does Not Match the Function (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798197028273)

Not everyone who serves is correctly positioned.

Misplaced is a Christian formation book written for believers, leaders, ministers, and churches that need to discern the difference between calling, function, office, and divine assignment.

Many sincere people love God, serve faithfully, and work with genuine commitment, yet live exhausted, frustrated, and spiritually confused because they are operating outside the place God assigned to them.

This book confronts a necessary truth: the problem is not always lack of gifts, lack of faith, or lack of desire. Sometimes the problem is misalignment.

Through biblical teaching and pastoral clarity, Roger D. Muñoz helps the reader examine:

• The God of order and not confusion
• The difference between calling, function, office, and assignment
• The danger of occupying a place that does not belong to you
• How to discern whether you are in the right place before God
• The damage caused by leadership outside of divine assignment
• How God repositions, redirects, and restores without destroying the calling
• How to remain aligned and fruitful until the end

Misplaced is not written to condemn people, but to restore divine order.

Because in the Kingdom of God, fruit does not come from effort alone. Fruit comes from alignment.

God did not call you to simply stay busy.
He called you to serve from the place He designed for you.
