The intent is to generate an identical or better copy of the original organism from its DNA. There are positive and negative aspects to this process. Altering the mechanism of DNA may lead to improvements or to unexpected unforeseen results. Therefore, we may create our own monsters. It is impossible to predict what will happen in advance. The stories within this book are intended to chill the imagination, excite the senses, and generate thought. The world around us is totally unpredictable.
