Danny Motola began writing short stories, letters and bits of philosophy years ago, just for fun. He still does. He lived in Mexico for twenty-seven years and is fluent in Spanish. Forty years ago he and his wife Maureen, also a writer, discovered Baja and have traveled the entire peninsula by truck, small boat and small plane. Together they co-authored and published the biography of Alfonsina Urquidez, a Baja legend, whom they met on their first trip and became close friends. This became the setting for his McGraw/O'Grady PI series and this is the third novel in his series. They live part-time in Washington State and Arizona. Dan is currently working on his fourth mystery novel as well as compiling stories, adventures and philosophy soon to be published.
