Rita Carr has a bachelor's degree in organizational behavior, a master's degree in education, and a doctorate in Christian counseling. She is a licensed counselor and is nationally certified as an alcohol and drug counselor. In 1997 the Lord used Rita to birth Hope Unlimited Ministry, an outreach to single mothers and their children. Through that organization, Rita has impacted the lives of single mothers in her area and around the world. She is the proud parent of three children and seven grandchildren.
