This is a book filled with healing recipes I created and still enjoy while healing my body. I was inspired by several healing foods Medical Medium encourages. Being I love food I had to create dishes that were not only healing but tasted amazing . I have been plant-based for many years but life is a journey and we are always healing our bodies and learning more. I began forging, growing and eating veggies and herbs that heal the body. I had to re-create a lot of favorite foods that I refused to give up allowing me to enjoy them in a whole new way. These recipes are free of meat, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, gluten and only natural sugars from fruit are used, no added sugars. All of the recipes are Low Fat, some have no fat and some you can omit the fats totally if desired. I hope sharing these recipes will inspire others to create their own. I want to encourage using food as a healing tool, not just to fulfill the need to eat and live but to thrive on what the Earth graciously and abundantly provides us.
