My Life Story: The Man Who Does Not Know How To Quit (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798385028313)

What keeps a man going when life throws hardship, heartbreak, and adversity at every turn?

My Life Story: The Man Who Does Not Know How to Quit is an inspiring Christian memoir by Pastor Hibbert Hamilton. It traces his incredible journey from a barefoot boy in rural Jamaica to a spiritual leader, counselor, and immigrant who pursued higher education in Canada. Rooted in faith, resilience, and perseverance, this story is a heartfelt reflection on a life shaped by struggle, hope, and the will to keep rising.

Raised in a modest wooden home among wealthy landowners, Hamilton's early years were marked by poverty, chores, barefoot treks to school, and joyful moments of play and discovery. As he matures, his trials multiply. He faces relocations, systemic inequities, family caregiving, educational setbacks, and personal grief. Yet through it all, he finds strength in spirituality, purpose in preaching, and healing in service to others.

Whether recounting the fun days of youth, the challenges of immigration, the responsibility of caring for a spouse with dementia, or his relentless pursuit of a Master's in Counseling Psychology, Hamilton demonstrates that survival is not an accident. It is a decision. This book offers powerful life lessons on faith and resilience that will resonate with anyone facing uphill battles.

For readers of immigrant success stories, Christian inspiration, or caregiving and dementia memoirs, this is more than a biography. It is a testimony.

Read My Life Story and be reminded that where there is life, there is always hope.
