Maggie is described as gently formidable - a voice of reason. She is a thought-leader on cultural change and a strategic advisor to global organisations. Formerly an academic, Maggie set up her first consultancy firm in 2001 and in 2010 established Semple, a bespoke women's clothing brand.

Jane is an experienced business consultant, executive coach and deliberate change agent. She worked in leadership roles in the corporate sector for over 27 years before setting up her first consultancy business in 2017. In 2020 Jane and Maggie co-founded I-Cubed Group, a professional services company specialising in supporting organisations with their diversity, inclusion and equity initiatives.
