My Lupus, My Problem (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798233659003)

The Raw Truth About Living with Lupus: From Someone Still in the Fight

At twenty-eight, a butterfly rash appeared on Johnny Thomas's face and changed his life forever. Twenty years later, he's still managing systemic lupus every single day.

This isn't a story about conquering chronic illness or finding a miracle cure. This is the real story of living with an autoimmune disease that the world can't see but that attacks your body relentlessly. From the moment lupus entered his life to the wounds that won't heal, from weekly wound care appointments to the emotional toll of invisible illness, Johnny shares what it's really like. He writes about the doctors who became family, the unexpected healers, and finding strength to keep fighting when you want to quit.

This is the truth about chronic illness. The pain. The isolation. The "you don't look sick" judgment. The daily fight. And the refusal to give up.

For anyone living with lupus, chronic illness, or invisible disease. For anyone who needs to know they're not alone.

Stay in the fight. You're a warrior. You're here for a reason.
