My Motivation Theory - Created to Succeed: Created to Succeed (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798189472473)

This book is to share with readers the motivation theories that for fifteen years I have observed in around 35,000 people that I have trained in more than 1,200 events in different countries. In each and every one of the companies I have collaborated with, I have noticed that all people have their own motivation theory that moves them to live in a different way.
I have realized that depending on the motivation theory that dominates a person's life, they can live as:
- Hero or as a villain
- Prince or as a beggar
- Free or as a slave
- The person who makes things happen or as a
- victim A happy person or as a sad person
- Builder or as an observer
- A person who inspires or a person who
- discourages Leader or as a follower
- The one who adds and multiplies or as the one who subtracts
- and divides A person of faith or as a person without faith
- The one who helps their neighbor or the one who makes
