Angela Deal is a wife and mother of three. Professionally, she has worked as a child and family therapist for fourteen years. The book was inspired by her family's own experience, when their youngest son received a diagnosis of sleep apnea. It was a tremendous relief to have a deeper understanding of what was causing such a disruption of his mood and behavior.
