Also, I should add that because of my efforts over some time, using the knowledge in this book, my A1C had gone from over 10 to under 6. I went from having really out of control diabetes despite using maximum doses of the Metformin, Invokana, and Januvia diabetes medicines with 235 fasting numbers at almost 300 pounds, to no longer having diabetes or GERD stomach acid anymore- and now I am totally without medicine and about 210 pounds. Indeed, it seems that I have much to teach the world, especially the younger, fast-food eating and video game addicted generation, about physical and mental health.
