ANDREAS NIKOLOPOULOS is a Professor at the Department of Business Administration of the Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece and Director of the Centre for Industrial Relations and Negotiations. His research and teaching interests pertain to Conflict Management, Negotiations and Industrial Relations.
