Bill Duffy was born, in 1941, in the Dublin working class area of Crumlin.

He was one of fifteen children. Today, he is the owner of a multi-milliondollar Canadian company, DuraSystems, that operates in the field of fire and blast protection in countries all around the world. His adventures in industry along the way include his work on First Canada Place, the Sky Dome and Canary Wharf for the Reichmann brothers. The book also follows his personal journey to his present-day lifestyle - living between his homes in Toronto and Florida - and his philosophy on life and business.
