Notes From Beulah (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798341273740)

In her debut poetry collection, Katelyn walks the reader through a path of love, grief, shame, devastation, and hope. Her prose weaves a universal first-person narrative that will leave you gutted one moment and laughing the next. From the nuclear fallout of losing her parents, the erotic experience of finding love in her forties, to the poignant and tender love for her children, her words form playgrounds in the reader's mind that are not to be missed.

"My love is a little food pantry
Perched on the side of the road
Gabled roof and turquoise paint
Take what you need and leave the rest
I'll keep it stocked with raspberry jam
Waiting in a chair for your return"
