A lifelong learner, Heath also earned an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Service Leadership and Innovation from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, New York. Heath has had a successful career as a college dean, administrator, and instructor at both private and public universities, most recently as the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Community Development at RIT. He also teaches graduate courses linking higher education and customer service in RIT's College of Applied Science and Technology, a unique program that he developed. Additionally, Heath serves as a faculty member in the School of Advanced Studies, University of Phoenix.
