Deidre Ann Johnson has been in the healing arts for over 20 years as both a physical therapist and massage therapist. She has recently acquired certifications as a Pilates instructor and ergonomic assessment specialist. She co-authored "The Complete Guide to Weight Training" and was a competitive power lifter in the 122-lbs weight class of the American Drug Free Powerlifting Association winning two National and two World championships. Aside from the healing arts, Deidre has a love for the performing arts as well. She has acted with a local theatre company and sung on stage at the Duplex Cabaret Theater in New York City.
