Opposites Collide: a twist on Romeo and Juliet set in our hybrid world (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781966242031)

Join Bill and Kim on their first date and see the hit movie, Opposites Collide. This surprising new take on Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet is set in the post-Crisis hybrid world.

The movie:

When a Montague and a Capulet are found dead together, detectives Apollo and Poppy must work together to dig up the truth. Why were a dog hybrid and a cat hybrid from two prominent, rival families together in the first place?Who killed them? And most importantly, why?

It seems two young family members, Miles Montague and Jennifer Capulet, knew the victims the best, but how much can they be expected to know about their aunt and uncle's lives? The more the detectives learn, the less the double homicide makes sense. Can Poppy and Apollo solve the case before their burgeoning attraction to each other collides with the mystery at hand?

What you'll find inside:

• Hybrids of all types: corgi hybrids, owl hybrids, horse hybrids, lizard hybrids, and more
• Romantic subplots
• A world that will make you look at your pets a little differently

Opposites Collide takes place in the same world as The Mavens series but can be read as a standalone. The Hybrid Films series focuses on in-world movies; this movie's rating is PG-13 (so don't expect a lot of steam).
