Oscillation (2095-2097): The WARSEC Interstellar Series Book 2 (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9789163974502)

2095. UN Diplomat Ralf Åhman has successfully championed the creation of the World's Agency for the Regulation of Space Exploration and Colonization (WARSEC) to keep outer space under UN supervision.Outrageous! thinks Michael Vahlroos, whose corporation V-Space has seen its business opportunities shrink. In the short term, however, V-Space's business is closely tied to WARSEC's success. And while the relationship between WARSEC and V-Space oscillates between competition and cooperation, the inhabitants of the overpopulated Earth have to make do with ordinary ordeals: natural disasters, massacres, and wars.OSCILLATION (2095-2097) is the second book of the WARSEC Interstellar Series, the story of a race to the stars between private corporations and the United Nations organization. It is a grounded space odyssey for readers interested in geopolitics, science, and the future of mankind.
