Our Paper, Volume 35 offers a unique glimpse into life inside the Massachusetts Reformatory at Concord. Penned by the inmates themselves, this periodical provides a firsthand account of their daily experiences, thoughts, and perspectives on incarceration. A valuable historical document, "Our Paper" sheds light on the social and penal reforms of the era, offering insight into the lives and minds of those living within the prison walls. This volume captures the voices and concerns of a marginalized population, making it an essential resource for researchers and anyone interested in the history of criminology and prison life in America. The newspaper provides a platform for expression and reflection rarely available to incarcerated individuals.
