Own Your Mess: And Change What Built You (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798294437626)

This book is for the ones who smile through the storm but cry when no one is watching. The ones who carry shame in silence wear strength like a badge and still wonder why healing feels so far. If that is you, I need you to know something: God saw it all, and He still chose you. That is not a mistake, that's mercy.

I did not write this book as someone who has it all figured out. I wrote this from the middle. From the moments when I was face-down in regret, asking God to please make sense of the mess I made. It took time, therapy, truth, and a whole lot of surrenders to realize I was not waiting for anyone else-I was waiting on me. Waiting to stop blaming. Waiting to stop running. Waiting to finally say: "This is mine. And I am ready to heal."

We do not get free by pretending we are okay. We get free when we own our mess-not with guilt, but with grace. We get free when we stop running from the truth and start sitting with it long enough to ask, "God, what do You want me to see here?"

This book is part confession, part confrontation, part restoration. It is real. It is raw. And it is drenched in faith. Every chapter was prayed over. Every word was written with you in mind-the you that is tired of faking, tired of waiting, tired of the cycles.

You were not built to break. You were built to rise.

So, let us walk through it. The pain. The patterns. The power. Let us name what hurts, what helped, and what must be released. But more than anything, let us let God do what only He can do-rewrite your story with grace and truth.
