This book is a random assortment of poetry collections I have worked on over the past few years. The word "interlude" can be used in a couple of different ways, but I am referring to when we see it as a part of an artist's musical album. I believe that I write poetry for people who are both healing and healed, as the process can be quite difficult. I am still trying to heal from some things myself, but my poetry is the outcome of these experiences and I want to share that with others.
